This is a Huntsville 9.5/10 and a Houston 8/10. I’ll definitely be coming back. The food was delicious, the decor and ambiance was great, and the wait staff was so friendly. The spicy miso ramen I had was excellent. I lived in Japan for several years and I could easily have ordered this ramen there. The chashu buns are probably a must order any time we come here in the future. They would be the perfect snack while having a drink or two. My mom had a shrimp bento which was also good. Only complaint was that the rice was a little dry and under seasoned for my tastes, but it was still good! The sake and wine list was also much better than I had dared to hope for. Can’t wait to come back soon for drinks and more food!

I absolutely love the restaurant. Everything is brand new and beautiful. The food is great and made fresh in the kitchen. The staff is very tentative and made sure to make everyone in the restaurant is taken care of. Mr. Frank and Mr. Wang are great people have run a beautiful establishment.

We loved it! The broth was just "perfect". We used to drive to Houston just for a bowl of ramen but not anymore!!!! The service was a little slow, but it's understandable, it was lunch hour & the staff is still getting familiarized with the menu, but that didn't ruin my bowl of ramen 🍜
